SM/PO June 1st Virtual Workshop

This course which is usually given over 3 days in person, will be facilitated over Zoom in 5 half days.  Since the time is reduced with the class, there are a few homework assignments that will be done at a time that is better for you.

Developed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum, the Licensed Scrum curriculum includes real examples and techniques to reduce waste and continuously improve across all industries. Learners walk away knowing how to immediately improve performance.

Kim is a Licensed Scrum Fellow and has taught thousands of professionals how to use Scrum not only in IT, but also in financial operations, clothing, hospital and clinical settings, and operations.  She has trained in the US, throughout Europe and India.

Kim's courses include real-life examples of struggles implementing Scrum in the workplace and anti-patterns to look out for. She also focuses on the Scrum Values and the Agile Manifesto, not blindly going the motions of Scrum.

Class will be held daily from 8am to noon US Mountain time, Monday through Friday.
